Blown film is the process that is used to fabricate film products by printing ink industry in India. The air pressure is used to expand the film and the die is shaped as a circle. After this it is cooled to solidify the polymer after you expand it to the desired dimensions. Maximum of the adhesive packaging is dependent on blown film for better shine.
Printing ink manufacturers also send their ink for the process of blown film so that the ink used in the manufacturing of flexible packaging reflects and looks attractive when kept on the shelf.
We have multiple Blown Film Lines and are capable of producing – 7 Layer, 5 Layer and 3 Layer Blown Films. All machines are equipped with auto gauge controller and auto mixing and feeding with Plast control system.
